SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
At Takenet, we strive to deliver orders as quickly and safely as possible, working with trusted logistics partners to achieve this.1.
1.ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING
1.1. Orders placed between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation, except in cases of irregularities with security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packaging, and order dispatch.
1.2. After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent once the order is shipped, including tracking information (tracking number) to monitor the order’s status.
1.3. To avoid additional delivery costs due to the absence of the recipient at the delivery address, please provide a contact number at checkout so the carrier can reach you if necessary.
2. DELIVERY TIMES
2.1. Delivery times vary depending on the destination address:
– Mainland Portugal and Spain | 3 business days (free shipping* or flat rate)
– Autonomous Regions of Portugal and Europe | 4 to 7 business days (free shipping* or flat rate)
– Canada and United States (US) | 7 to 10 business days
– UAE | 7 to 10 business days
2.2. New shipping method available only for Central Europe for orders placed with payment by 1:00 PM from Monday to Thursday:
– UPS Next Day Delivery: delivered in 24H, at a cost of €25.00.
3. TAXES, DUTIES, AND TARIFFS
3.1. For all international orders (outside the European Community), import taxes, duties, and tariffs may be charged by local authorities, which must be paid by the customer.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
4.1. Payments are accepted via CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS (MULTIBANCO) / MBWAY / VISA / MASTERCARD / PAYPAL / APPLE PAY / GOOGLE PAY / KLARNA.
4.2. Bank transfer payments are not available.
